How do we utilize marketplace data to guide career services? Framing career services strategic effectiveness Identification of meaningful data sources & points. Academic principled research Data driven goal establishment & programming

How to we Improve student service & engagement? Service, Engagement & Opportunities Market Trends Executive Leadership & Faculty Employers & Org. Students Incorporation of real time data and predictive analytics to demonstrate and inform opportunities for students, employers and university. Engagement: Go to where the students are: philosophy & structure. Engagement of students (and others) in constructed understanding of services and opportunities.
