News Editors Team You have overall responsibility for the news. Make sure everyone is in the right place at the right time.

Picture Editors Team 1.Talk to each news team and find out what their news story is about. 2.Find a photo to illustrate each story and download it from the classroom computer. 3.Save it on a PowerPoint slide. Keep doing this until youve got a photo for each story on the PowerPoint. 4.Ask the editor what the order of the stories will be, and change the slides to match the order. 5.Be in charge of the slide show during the news report.

Intro & Outro Team 1.You are responsible for introducing the news report. This means you must write the overall introduction and conclusion. 2.You must then visit every news team and find out their stories. Then you must prepare a very short introduction for each of their stories, for example, We are now going to go to Washington to hear a report about XXX from our North American News Team. 3.Practice your intros and outros. 4.Read out your intros and outros during the final news report.
