What are the gaps identified throughout the implementation of the programme and how could they be addressed?

Part 2: The present and future of the global facilitators’ network The relevance and efficiency of the network today; The evolving role of facilitators and the potential implications for the network. Enhancing the network: Its impact and role.

Part 3: Strategic priorities Reviewing recommendations for the future of the capacity-building programme and its facilitators’ network; Identifying possible priorities and strategies.
