What were the main implementation challenges encountered by facilitators and how were or could they be addressed? What are the gaps identified throughout the implementation of the programme and how could they be addressed?

Part 2: The present and future of the global facilitators’ network The relevance and efficiency of the network today; The evolving role of facilitators and the potential implications for the network. Enhancing the network: Its impact and role.

Part 3: Strategic priorities Reviewing recommendations for the future of the capacity-building programme and its facilitators’ network; Identifying possible priorities and strategies.
