Use Case: Password Management Password Change Requests Customer A makes a request for his elements passwords to be updated (or) Internal team requests for a default password to be set on all elements Email is sent to the password admin(s) identifying a new request is in the queue OO flow is started and asks administrator which Customer to process OO retrieves the list of elements and accounts from the database and compares them to SA and NA OO steps through each element and its accounts and takes appropriate steps An email is sent to the admin(s) and the requestor on the final status of all accounts 1
