1. Process Administration From your Workbench click on the Process Admin link in the uppermost toolbar. Currently Project Admin can be used to change the status of a project. For instance, if a requestor asks that their case be withdrawn an Amendment Process Administrator can change the Project Status from Active to Withdrawn.

3. If you are searching for a particular project enter the Project Number and select Amendment from the Project Type dropdown.

4. Select the appropriate status from the Project Status dropdown.

5. Click the Search button to find the project.

6. To change the status for the project click the button next to the project number and then click the Change Project Status button.

7. Select the desired status from the Project Status dropdown.

8. Enter the justification for the status change in the Reason for Change field then click Continue.

9. Review your entries and click the Continue button. If you need to revise your entries use the Back button to return to the previous screen.

10. To make the status change final click the Complete button. Once you click the Complete button you will not be able to edit any of the information you entered.

11. You can also search for Amendment projects by geography. Select the region from the Region dropdown.

12. Next select the group that is processing the project from the Organization dropdown.

13. Use the button next to the project number to select the project that needs to be updated and proceed as described previously.
