Self Reflection Workbook

ON KNOWING YOURSELF... What words do people use to describe me? “Self-awareness is the ability to take an honest look at your life without any attachment to it being right or wrong, good or bad. “ - Debbie Ford ON KNOWING YOURSELF... Peel off the layers and recognise the beautiful things that make up who you are. Being self aware paves the way to self acceptance and empowerment. What words do people use to describe me? What is my own self description? How am I doing right now? (Talk about your energy, health, emotions and thoughts.) How do I generally treat others? What are the things that matter to me? (Think about what brings you joy)

ON DREAMS AND GOALS... Who am I trying to be? “If you want to be happy, set a goal that commands your thoughts, liberates your energy, and inspires your hopes.” - Andrew Carnegie ON DREAMS AND GOALS... Take a moment to reflect on your aspirations in life and how you’re working towards fulfilling them. Having a purpose if what makes life worth living. Who am I trying to be? Where am I now (financially, socially, spiritually, etc.)? Am I getting trapped in routine? Do I need a change in direction? What do I need to change about myself? (Think about recurring problems that needs to be fixed.) Am I neglecting one area of my life that’s affecting others? (What should I do more and less of?)

ON LOVING YOURSELF... What are my current character flaws? Before I ask you to sit with me, I must be able to sit with myself. Before I ask you to accept my pain, I have to accept the pain myself. Before I ask you to love me, I have to be madly in love with myself.” -C. Thoth ON LOVING YOURSELF... Self-love starts with self-acceptance. Get familiar with your strengths and flaws, then let go of negative emotions to make room for positive feelings towards yourself. Be honest here. What are my current character flaws? What good did I do today? Am I pushing myself too hard? What can I forgive myself for today? What do I love about my life?

FINAL THOUGHTS Making self-reflection a key part of your daily routine enriches your understanding of yourself and drives you to actively pursue your goals and the things that matter most in your life. I hope you never lose sight of how amazing you are and you learn to treat yourself kindly each day. I'd love to hear how the workbook helped you! Feel free to email me at __________.
