Students will understand how to reflect on their own lives and improve their happiness Objectives Students will list the 10 keys to happier living and how this relates to them Students will explain ways they will use mindfulness in their daily lives Students will log 3 good things every day they can feel good about and be grateful for Students will plan and record random acts of kindness they will perform during the year Students will make a Happiness Action plan to boost their own happiness and wellbeing

4 What does Happiness Mean to you?
1) Your Happiness Take a moment to think about what happiness means to you. Note down whatever comes in to your head. Now think about specific things that often make you happy. These could be activities, people, places or anything else that comes to mind.

6 Taking Action for Happiness
Here are three simple actions to try. These are just some of the many things that scientific research shows can have a positive impact on our happiness, relationships with others and our overall fulfilment. You don’t have to try them all at once. Why not try each one for and see what works best for you.
