1 Open an MS Word document and click on Table on the menu bar. Select Insert, then Table to display the Insert Table dialogue box 2 Set the Table size so that the number of columns is 4, and the number of rows is 6, then click ok. C 2012jkc

1 2 Enter the data into the table as shown on the left Place the mouse pointer just left of the first row and left-click to select the entire row. Press Control+ E on the keyboard to center-align the table headings. (Alternatively, you can click on the center-align button circled in red) C 2012jkc

1 Click here to place the insertion point (cursor) in the last cell of the last row then press Tab to insert a new row. 2 Enter the data for the last row as per the textbook directions. Save this project as 4.4 project 1 your_name_ class_period . C 2012jkc
