2 Using keyboard shortcuts To copy, press Ctrl+C. To cut, press Ctrl+X. To paste, press Ctrl+V. Using the mouse To copy a cell(s), row(s), column(s), or sheet: Highlight data, then right click Select copy or cut Select where you want to move the data Then right click and select paste To move (cut and paste) a cell(s), row(s), column(s), or sheet: 1. Select the object. 2. Hold the mouse over the selection border, left click and move the object to a new location. 3. Release the mouse.
