Problem Nearly 2/3 of our bodies consist of water, yet most of us unknowingly suffer from dehydration. For most of us, we feel “too busy” to drink water or we only drink it when we feel thirsty, which is already too late. Failure to drink enough water can contribute to a wide array of medical complications, such as fatigue, joint pain, headaches, ulcers, high blood pressure and kidney disease. To improve your well-being, energy level, and promote healthy weight loss, it is important to consume more water.

Solution: Water Logged App Simple, FREE app from the App store (iPhone/ iPad)that you use to monitor your water intake and be reminded to drink more water throughout the day. The overall goal is to motivate you to consume your recommended daily amount of water We are recommended to drink half of our body weight in ounces (ex: 130lb person needs to drink 65oz. daily)
