Outcomes Attendees will be able to assess best-practices of effectively utilizing their career services job board as a means to develop stronger faculty engagement and employment opportunities for their students and alumni. Attendees will be able to identify additional ways to develop meaningful relationships and partnerships with their Alumni Association resulting in excellent career development outcomes. Attendees will be able to employ new strategies for successfully leveraging their employer advisory boards across programmatic areas at their institution in order to gain faculty and employer buy-in and cultivation of the talent pipeline including full-time hires, new internship offerings, existing and new co-ops.
