AQD iPad APP Intro

1. Download and Install On you iPad, go to the Apps@Work app. Search for AQD Mobile eReports. Install AQD Mobile eReports.

Please input http://safety.jetairways.com/aqdconnectprod 2. First Open When you open/run the app for the first time (new download or reinstall) you will be asked for the company URL. Note: You need to be connected to the internet. Please input http://safety.jetairways.com/aqdconnectprod Click “Submit”

2. First Open If you input the wrong URL here and try to log-in you will get a ‘Unknown User’ followed by a ‘Service Error’ message Please input the correct URL http://safety.jetairways.com/aqdconnectprod in the ‘Setting’, under ‘AQD eReports’ To refresh the URL, you need to kill the App before you can log-in.

3. Log in Log into the app using your existing AQD username and password. If you have never logged into AQD before, you need to go to the website safety.jetairways.com. Log in using your email/domain credentials. e.g If your email address is john.smith@jetairways.com Username is: john.smith Password: “same as email/domain” NOTE: If you are logging into the AQD app for first time you need to be connected to the internet.

4. Select the eReport After logging in you can select and fill the eReports online or offline. From the Home Page, tap + in the bottom-left corner, and select “Air Safety Report”. Use the ASR to fill all types of reports.

5. Enter data Depending on the type of report please select the check box/s. Use the form to enter data about the event.

5. Enter eReport data Swipe left/right to move between tabs Or drag out the quick tab selector.

6. Attach Photos/Attachments The Attachments tab allows you to take photos of the event using the mobile device and attach them to the eReport.

7. Save as Draft To save the eReport, tap Save as Draft. Then click “Close”.

7. Save as Draft Your draft eReports will appear in the Draft eReports section on the home page. NOTE: An eReport in this section will never be synchronised to the main AQD database. It must first be moved to ‘Queued for Sync’.

8. Queue for Synchronisation When you are ready to submit the eReport, select it in the grid. Tap Queue. The eReport will appear in the Queued for Sync grid.

8. Queue for Synchronisation You may also queue the eReport from within it. Tap Sync Submitted to synchronise and submit in one action.

9. Synchronise When you are Connected to the internet. Tap Synchronise. The eReport will be synchronised (submitted) with the main AQD database. It will dissapear from the app que and appear in your Submitted eReports section on the main web portal (safety.jetairways.com).

10. Queue for Synchronisation – as Draft If you wish to keep working on your draft eReport from the browser-based AQD Portal, tap Sync as Draft.

10. Queue for Synchronisation – as Draft When the device connects to the internet, the eReport will be synchronised to the main AQD database, but will not yet be submitted. It will appear in your Draft eReports section where it can be edited further before you submit it.
