How to pay for and enrol in a course To progress through this slide show, simply click your mouse or use your arrow keys next back

Getting started… From the home page, select the course you wish to enrol in. For example, if you wish to enrol in the NSW Certificate of Registration Real Estate Salesperson course, you should click on the NSW Real Estate Salesperson course link. Course costs and information are available by clicking on the Information Icon    beside the course name. You can enrol in individual modules if you wish.

Enrolment is prompted by payment… To make a payment, you must first be logged in on the website. If you are not already logged in, the login screen will be displayed. Enter your username and password (under Returning to this web site?) and click the button. If you do not already have an online account, simply create a new account.

Privacy Policy and Information Checklist… After logging in for the first time, you will be asked to agree to our Privacy Policy and Information Checklist… Please read through the checklist, our Student Handbook and our Privacy Policy before proceeding. You must agree to this Policy to continue using our site. If you agree to our Policies, click the button at the bottom of the page.

You will then be taken to a payment page for your selected course… A course information page will be displayed. Simply scroll down the page to display all the information and the payment option, Paymate. At the bottom of the page, select the button to initiate an online payment with your Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card. You will then be directed to a Paymate payment portal page.

Entering your payment details… Once the Paymate payment page has loaded, you can input your credit or debit card details. Note: Details entered in the ‘Buyer’ section should be those of the individual wishing to enrol in the course. If you are purchasing a course on behalf of someone, please enter the student’s details. After you have entered the required details, click the button to proceed with making payment.

See FAQ#01 for information on how our courses work Once your payment has been submitted, the following message will be displayed… Thank you for your payment! Unfortunately your payment has not yet been fully processed, and you are not yet registered to enter the course “…”. Please try continuing to the course in a few seconds, but if you continue to have trouble then please alert the Teacher or the site administrator. The above message is to advise that the enrolment process has simply been initiated. It does not mean your payment has been rejected. A Paymate payment confirmation email will automatically be sent to you once payment is approved. Following the approval of your payment, we will proceed with enrolling you in your course. This is typically done within 2-3 business hours. You will then receive a formal Enrolment Email from us, confirming you have been enrolled and detailing how to get started with your course. If you’re ever unsure of how the above enrolment process works, or if you’d prefer to make payment over the phone/via direct deposit, please contact us on 02 9987 2322 for confirmation.
