Mammogram images (A, B) indicate an irregular mass in the upper outer left breast. Ultrasound of the left breast (C) shows this to be a solid, hypoechoic mass with very irregular borders and confirms its suspicious nature. The mass was subsequently biopsied and demonstrated to be an invasive ductal carcinoma.
