The horizontal pulsation artifact indicates that this is an aneurysm as a tumor would not cause a MRI pulsation artifact. B: Axial T2 image shows mixed bright and dark T2 signal within this large aneurysm representing areas of flowing blood (dark signal) and slow-moving blood or thrombus (brighter signal).
