Go to Clear Creek’s Website and click on “Current Students”

“Maintenance Request” You will see “Maintenance Request” On the right… Click on it.

The first time you try to submit a maintenance request, you will sign in with the same Login information that you use on any CCBBC computer.
Where you will arrive at the following page…
Your contact information will automatically be filled in for you.
The first thing that you will need to do is choose one of the four locations from the drop down box.
(for student housing, you will choose your Once you have selected your location, you will need to select your building. (for student housing, you will choose your housing area.)
This is not done in a drop down box You will then type in either your house number, the room or area in which you need maintenance completed. This is not done in a drop down box
Once you have determined where the work is needed…it is time to determine the type of work that is needed. If you do not know what category your request should fall under, please choose general maintenance and the Physical Plant will re-categorize it once they have received it.
This would be considered reactive maintenance. As you can see, I have requested that the carpet in Gary’s office get cleaned due to stains. This would be considered reactive maintenance.
A great feature of Maintenance Direct is found in step 6 A great feature of Maintenance Direct is found in step 6. There is a place for you to add an attachment. So, if you have a picture etc. you can send it with your request. This can be helpful in determining the urgency of a request.
The submittal password is CCBBC The final two steps are to type in the submittal password and to hit the submit button. The submittal password is CCBBC You will then receive a confirmation email showing that your request has been received by the Physical Plant.
No request is too big or too small. We need to hear from you. If you have An emergency, please notify us Immediately, but also send in a Maintenance request. We want to serve you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
