1. Log into help.flvs.net and click on the sign in button

2. Fill in your email address and password

3. Click on Request Support

4. Click on Submit a Ticket

5. Start filling in the info beginning with User Type

6. Once you fill out User Type the Ticket Type Drop Box will appear. Select Academic Integrity

7. 1. Go through and fill in all the fields with the student’s information 2. When you come to the bottom you will see an Attach a File. This is where you want to attach a copy of the student’s work that was copied.

8. When you are done just hit Finish and you will get an auto response sent to your outlook account. Make sure you try to contact the student and the parent. Also log it in VSA as an AI call. This step is very important! The AI Department will not count the infraction unless contact has been make.
