Additional Task Forces and Membership To be determined following the January 9, 2018 Campus Town Hall. Task Forces will be based on themes that emerge from the engagements with various campus segments, and that support and advance CAU’s long-term health and sustainability. We will invite additional members of the campus community to serve on these task forces, and some cases, to chair or co-chair a task force.

Initial Draft of the Strategic Plan Strategic Plan Cost Estimate The Outcomes Anticipated to be completed by May/June, 2018 Balanced scorecard approach highlighting key metrics to be attained and appropriate strategies and initiatives pertaining thereto. Initial Draft of the Strategic Plan Consultant will work with Chief Financial Officer and key stakeholders to conduct a cost analysis/estimate of each initiative identified under each Strategic Plan goal and strategy, a key factor that affects plan execution and is often ignored in strategic planning.
