UTFAB SIS Project Proposal “The one-time funding request of $20,000.00 will be to support contracting with Ellucian to convert three dozen Banner oracle forms used by administrative staff to web pages that will be compatible with Banner 9. The entire Statement of Work (SOW) with Ellucian for forms conversion is $95,000.00. Central University Administration and Information Systems will contribute $75,000 to this SOW.” 11/28/2018 UTFAB SIS Project Proposal
