Sending Messages
Click “New” to Send a Message
To add Recipients, Click “To” Changing the default address book?
Type in the Name of the Recipient You can click the down arrow to change the Address Book to your Contacts Type in the Name of the Recipient Type in enough of the name to find the recipient in the list
Click “To”, “Cc”, or “Bcc”. Continue for all Recipients Right-click on the name to add it to your Contacts Adding to contacts
When you have added all the Recipients, Click “OK”
Use the Paper Clip to attach a document Use “Options” to change the Importance of your message, or to request a Read Receipt When you’ve finished your message, click “Send” File/Save to save as draft Adding the recipient to your contacts Send Test messages w/ subject test1, etc.
Reading Messages, and Replies
Double-click on a message to read it
Click Here to Reply to the Sender, Reply to All, or Forward the Message to another person
Click Here to change the appearance of your Calendar Click “New” to Schedule a new Appointment Toolbar has changed View – Day, Work Week, Week, Month. All but Month View will display Monthly Calendar in Top Right Window
When you’ve finished, click “Save and Close” If you would like to Schedule a meeting, Click “Invite Attendees”, and address it as you would an E-Mail When you’ve finished, click “Save and Close” Scheduling appointments – Start, End, All day event, Show Time As Inviting Others – Attendee Availability, Invite others, Required, Optional, Resource Recurring appointments – Recurrence on Toolbar, options Printing – File/Print or print icon; Print Style, Print Range Click “Scheduling” to check the Attendees Schedule
Click on “New” to add a new Contact
Add the Information for the new Contact, then click “Save and Close”
