GYTS Proposal Process

GYTS Proposal Outlines why and how a country plans to conduct the GYTS Includes details related to implementing GYTS (e.g., timeline, staffing, budget details) Submission and approval is required prior to GYTS implementation

Proposal Sections The main sections of a GYTS proposal are Cover sheet Overview Implementation Plan and Timeline Budget and Budget Justification Attachments The Research Coordinator writes the proposal Proposal should be no longer than 5 pages, excluding attachments

Implementation Plan and Timeline Outlines when the GYTS will be conducted Provides proposed schedule of fieldwork and data collection tasks Highlight existing gaps/ challenges to implementation and a country’s plan to address them Presents a detailed timeline and a brief justification of the timeline’s components
