Below the Asphaltic Material Types you will enter your prices for the listed Counties within your Service Area. Save the Excel Sheet and send as an attachment via email. The email address will be provided to you once you have been pre-qualified.

Suppliers may withdraw all prices or submit complete updated pricing by 10:00 a.m. on the first and third Wednesday of March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, and November. Withdrawal of all prices or complete updated pricing may be submitted on the first Wednesday of December, January, and February. Bids from each company will then be compiled into 1 spreadsheet to create a tabulation. The completed tabulation will then be posted on our website at www.modot.mo.gov/business/contractor_resources/Commoditie s.htm Awards will be made no later than Friday of the bid week and will expire the Monday after the following bid week.
