Since 1996 ICLEI has been advocating for, promoting and demonstrating the value of sustainable and innovation procurement. ICLEI provides professional information, advice, networking opportunities, training and tools to public authorities wanting to implement better, more cost effective sustainable and innovation procurement practices. What do we do? Promote & demonstrate the value of SPP and IP Facilitate networking, knowledge sharing, collaboration and best practice exchange Keep track of the latest good practice, tools, methods, initiatives, policy Support public authorities in developing capabilities and implemtation Undertake research, develop methodologies and tools Provide a voice for public authorities Ensure sustainable and innovation procurement is positioned in other key policy areas

Procura+ is a network of more than 40 European public authorities and regions that connect, exchange and act on sustainable and innovation procurement. Procura+ is a Network designed to help support public authorities in implementing sustainable procurement – and help promote their achievements. 12 Years, 43 participants, 18 Countries Activities include: Twinning, Interest Groups, Awards, Annual Meeting

Case studies GPP 2020 project European Commission Learn from what has been already achieved GPP 2020 project European Commission The GPP 2020 project published over 100 case studies on individual tenders, providing quantified data on the CO₂ savings achieved. The European Commission has been publishing good practice examples since 2010. The Procura+ Network has activity profiles on each participant that can act as a good starting point.
