Safety is Our Top Priority! There is nothing that is more important than your safety. We want you to go home in the same shape in which you came to work. And we need your help, so please make sure you understand the following. If you have an accident at work, you must report it immediately to your manager; no exceptions. Day or night! Never forget about safety while doing your job. There is nothing more important than your safety! Don’t get caught up in the moment or task and make an unsafe, bad decision. If you do not feel safe, speak up! Immediately tell your manager

Safety is Our Top Priority! And we need your help, so please make sure you understand the following. Always be aware of what is going on in the workspace around you. If something or someone is NOT safe, report this immediately to your manager (or another manager if yours is not available). Ask for assistance with lifting, pushing or pulling while doing your job if you cannot do it alone. Assess the task prior to starting to determine what help or assistance will be needed to do the job safely. Always look out for your safety and the safety of those around you. Don’t take short cuts or use malfunctioning equipment. If you see something, say something! If you are not trained or in any way feel unsafe about a task, you are encouraged and expected to immediately stop and say something. Again, there is nothing more important than your safety!

2020 Vision | PVM 2020 Timeline and Video When Scott Salmirs took over as CEO, he knew we had significant unrealized potential for growth. Through many interviews with our clients and employees and in partnership with Boston Consulting Group, here’s what we determine that looked like: Clients - solutions that are specifically developed for their industry and lower operating costs. Employees – want better training, tools, communication and teamwork. Most importantly, they want to have fun, to win and be part of a great company. Shareholders – improved EBITDA. We know we’ve succeeded when our clients feel ABM is critical to their success, our employees believe ABM is a great place to work, and targeted investors are excited to invest in ABM.

2020 Vision | PVM We have realigned our core Purpose, Vision, and Mission (PVM) to the company we are today, in order to support our 2020 Vision and beyond. Essentially, our PVM is our ‘North Star”, a fundamental guideline for ABM to provide context for all our business, operational, employee, and client decisions. Purpose To take care of the people, spaces, and places that are important to you Vision To be the clear choice in the industries we serve through engaged people Mission To make a difference, every person, every day Core Values Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, Trust, and Excellence
