Using Video and Technology in the Classroom: Using Video

Group Discussion What are the biggest challenges you face integrating technology into your teaching? Preview Facilitate a preview activity with posters and black and blue markers. Put participants in groups of three or four and designate one person to be the leader for each group. The leader will facilitate the group discussion and then record the answers on a piece of poster paper. Only give out black or blue markers. The leader will designate one group member to present the group’s challenges to the workshop participants. After each group presents their challenges, put their posters on the wall to use at the end of the workshop. Now let’s see if the video addresses the challenges that we have integrating technology in our teaching.
