What do you think it means for teachers to engage in reflective teaching? Preview Part of growing and learning in our profession as teachers of young learners of English is reflecting on the art of teaching and how we can improve our practice. Divide participants into small groups. Give participants a few minutes to discuss the prompt. Then, have two or three people from different groups share out (ask for ‘new voices’ or participants that haven’t shared yet).
