From Resolution # 19 State By-Laws That the Colorado State Council provide delegates of those councils participating in the football sweepstakes by collecting donations of a minimum of $500 (50 tickets), in lieu of mileage and per diem, a voucher in the amount of up to $60 for a single person and up to $120 for a couple toward the Convention activities, i.e. Banquet, luncheons, clergy appreciation dinner, etc. for the 2018 State Convention, provided the delegates whose councils are located outside a commuting-radius of 20 miles from the hosting hotel of the state convention, lodge Friday and Saturday nights at the hotel hosting the state convention

From Resolution # 21 State By-Laws PLUS From Resolution # 21 State By-Laws That for the fraternal year 2017/2018, the per capita assessment for those councils who wish to participate in the football sweepstakes fundraiser by collecting donations of a minimum of $500 (50 tickets), be rewarded for their efforts with their per capita set at $6.25 per active member and $4.00 per inactive insurance member as listed on their membership rolls as of the January 1, 2018 billing and the July 1, 2018 billing.  

When you sell a minimum of $500 (50 tickets) You receive back $2.00 for every ticket sold plus: From Resolution # 19 State By-Laws a voucher in the amount of up to $60 for a single person and up to $120 for a couple toward the Convention PLUS From Resolution # 21 State By-Laws per capita set at $6.25 per active member and $4.00 per inactive insurance member

Rubber band the stubs so they do not get loose in the shipment to me. · Place stubs in the Priority Mail Padded envelope. · Place the 3 part yellow sheet report form in the envelope. · Seal the envelope. · Bring to post office and see the postal representative. · Pay the postage and get the tracking number from the postal representative. (IMPORTANT) · It would then be nice to send me an email stating that your stubs are on the way. · Please inform me of your District and Council number on all correspondence.
