Subject: 2019 PACIFIC RIM CONFERENCE OF GRAND MASTERS, GRAND MATRONS AND GRAND PATRONS
Greetings Grand Chapter Elected and Appointed Officers and Members, On October 25-27, 2019 Prince Hall Grand Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, State of Washington and Jurisdiction will be hosting the 2019 Pacific Rim Conference of Grand Worthy Matrons and Grand Worthy Patrons.
We are looking forward to receiving the Head of Houses, their Executive Staff and Officers from Alaska, California, Hawaii and Oregon, Idaho and Montana Incorporated for this annual Conference and Banquet.
Registration for this Conference is $ for participants, which includes a Registration Packet and Banquet Ticket. For those who will be staying at the hotel, included in your stay will be Breakfast (Saturday and Sunday), Lunch and Hospitality Refreshments, etc. Please see and complete the Registration Application which is attached and return it with the Registration Fee of $ payable by Check or Money Order to “MWPHGL of WA” and mail to:
