Teresa de Avila Born in Spain in 1515 Became a nun at the age of 20 She ran away to a convent in 1536 Teresa de Avila was a Spanish Carmelite nun Her fervor for the catholic church provided inspiration for many people during the renaissance period.
Charles Borromeo Charles was born in 1560 and died in 1584. He was the archbishop of Milan; he took steps from the council of Trent to implement the reforms. He was a catholic reformer along with Francis de sales. He was a cardinal.
