Small Business Program… Policies and Procedures Small Business Enterprise Board Resolution Adopted in February 2003 Established a District-wide 25% Participation Goal We have a 3% DVBE Participation Goal The new board resolution adopted in October 2015, includes a District-wide 25% Participation Goal DVBE Participation Goal increased from 3% to 5% District-wide Most of our Small Business Primes have been with the District for years! We are Actively Working to Increase the Number of Small Businesses by communicating with all branches of Facilities Services and Procurement Division to give small businesses consideration when soliciting for bids.
