6 RFP Opportunity The University is soliciting proposals for Construction Management Services for the STEM Innovation Center, WSU Project For the purposes of this proposal, a total construction budget of $32M has been presumed We are seeking superior quality & competitive pricing Specifications are in RFP and any Drawings on the Website

7 Calendar of Events Mandatory Pre-bid meeting - November 7, 2017 at 3:00 pm. Questions due to Procurement & Strategic Sourcing - November 10, Noon Delivery of Proposals - November 22, 2017 by 2:00 pm Time of Completion - As Stated in Final Contract Short List Announced Week of December 1, 2017 Post Bid Interviews tentatively scheduled for December 4, 2017 Selection during the Week of December 11, 2017 Contract Negotiations and Execution Week of December 18, 2017

8 Bids Due Sealed Bids are due November 22, 2017 at 2:00 pm
Delivered to Procurement & Strategic Sourcing, 5700 Cass Avenue, 4th Floor – Suite 4200, Detroit, MI 48202 We require an original plus five copies (6 total) of your proposal. An electronic version is required, which should be submitted to Proposals are limited to 30 pages total, one sided. Prices and other requested data must be on Schedule C.1, Fee Proposal, and Schedule C.2, Level of Effort Proposals must acknowledge all Addenda including Pre-bid Meeting Minutes

9 Project Schedule Schematic Design Development Completion March 2018
Design Development Completion July 15, 2018 Construction Document Completion April 1, 2019 GMP Change Order Completion of DD by October 15, 2018 Construction beginning no later than February 1, 2019 Final Completion June 1, 2020

Proposals received in response to this RFP The quality and comprehensiveness of the plans provided The qualifications of the proposed project team A check of references Fees will be considered to determine best value
