For example fruit and vegetables are very important for us. Do you remember their position in the Food Pyramid? Are they at the top or at the bottom?

Do you remember their position in the Food Pyramid? ... and Cereals 1st level 2nd level 3rd level 4th level 5th level Do you remember their position in the Food Pyramid? In which level are they?

Now think about milk, yogurt and cheese... 1st level 2nd level 3rd level 4th level 5th level Do you remember their position in the Food Pyramid?

And now meat, egg, fish and beans... 1st level 2nd level 3rd level 4th level 5th level Do you remember their position in the Food Pyramid?

For last, fats, oils and sweets ... 1st level 2nd level 3rd level 4th level 5th level at the top of the Food Pyramid

Do you remember why these food categories occupy different levels? Because they have different nutrition facts. Carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins and mineral salts.
