Unit introduction This Unit introduction to this assignment is about diversity and what it means to us. This presentation will also include different types of work which is related to the course its self. 3

Media Glossary YouTube- This means they provide entertainment to the public making videos which engages their audience. Photography- what is means is a type of art or practice of taking imagery and pictures Filming- what this means is too capture on film of a moving image to make a film out off a story, event or book. Audio- what audio is, is basically sound, also when things are recorded, transmitted, or reproduced. 4

Diversity This year it’s all about diversity. What diversity means that it is a range of different things. They aren't always the same; it can be culture, age, gender Etc. It is always Un-similar but sometimes balanced. The theme for this year project is progressing on our video production skills. Teachers will come in to talk to us about how to become a youtuber on the 11th Jan. Also this term will focusing on primary and secondary resources. My 3 career areas that I was focusing on in September are photography, camera operator and film producer and I’m staying with the same career choices. Tasks - Short video of myself using information, voice over, personal statement. Career interests Photographs and video of me in the studio using a pour white background. Youtubers I watch many YouTube videos pretty much every day because they inspire me to one day make my own Channel. It’s a platform that allows you too watch video clips, TV shows, Music videos, documentaries, movie trailers, blogging/vlogs and much more. I'm Inspired by Gaming youtubers because they know how to work cameras, settings, lens when broadcasting or creating a video for their viewers and subscribers. Vlogstar Vlogstar is an organisation which are partners and funded with YouTube and Jack Petchey. It’s a Vlogging Challenge associated with young adults.
