Overhand Pass Preparation Use finger tip grip Flex elbow 90 degrees Put weight on back foot Hold shoulders perpendicular to target Execution 5. Step toward target 6. Rotate and square shoulders to target 7. Lead with elbow Follow-through 8. Bring weight forward 9. Throwing arm continues in a downward relaxed motion.
