Features of RamLink

Profiles & Social Media Customizable websites for groups include content management and social media integration.  Each organization can have its own custom URL and can modify the look and feel of their profile.  Organization leaders can grant the ability to edit site content to other officers or club members.

Roster Management Invite new students to join an organization and promote existing members into officer positions.  The roster can also be used to search for…  contact information change membership security access send out e-mail to individual members or the entire group (soon SMS)

Event Listings Phil will update the images for Event Listings Create an event that can be listed internally to the organization, by invitation, campus-wide, or public Track attendance at an event Export the roster of attendees and email out follow-up evaluations or inform of future events

Forms Austin will add language describing the success Alt Breaks had with registration forms. Create a form and use it for collecting information, applications, or general submission of information Can be exported in two ways, either a PDF or an excel spreadsheet Forms can be created with multiple tiers and levels based on questions and conditions

Document Storage Phil will update image for this slide. Maintain an archival record of organizational activity and pass down files from year to year.  Online record-keeping can be used for anything: meeting minutes, passwords, email lists, and event photo albums.  Security access controls whether files are restricted to the organization or open to the world to view through the group’s profile website
