Patience & Compassion A teacher must figure out ways to reach a great diversity of learners. “People Person” Teachers can be role models for young people that do not have many role models. Teachers are expected to become more involved with the students. Teachers need to be broad minded enough to appreciate and work with students from all backgrounds, and those with special needs.
