2 Job Environment This job requires to be inside. Designers may work in their own office or in their clients’ homes or offices. They set their schedules to please their clients. They may work long hours, including evenings or weekends, to meet deadlines.

4 Specific Tasks You will be mostly working with your design team. Brainstorming what ideas you have for your label. This type of business I will be doing a varieties of things every day.

5 Working hours and Conditions I would work 8 hours a day. More than likely days and nights it depends of it’s on weekends. The working conditions will be safe in a way I guess.

6 Typical Salary The middle half of all fashion designers earned between $42,140 and 87,510. The highest-paid 10 percent earned more than 117,120.

7 Education and Training Some attend a professional design school or get an associate degree. But in general you mostly need a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts. You really don’t need a license or anything. Fashion designers usually get their training through summer internships or by working in retail.

9 Special Skills and Abilities Designers must have an eye for color and detail. Being creative is also important. Designers also need communication skills, and must be good with computers. They mix knowledge with artistic ability.

10 Physiological Requirements Designers make drafts or drawings by hand or with a computer. Most use (CAD) tools. You really have to both stand and sit all day.

11 Personal Characteristics Have to have desire to be a designer, patience, and friendliness. Be able to communicate a lot. You have to be determined.

13 Disadvantages or Drawbacks Most designers are expected to face keen competition for jobs. Many talented people are attracted to a career in design. Fashion designers is expected to grow more slowly than average because few people leave the occupation and are a small number of job openings.

15 Conclusion I think I meet some of the requirement you must meet to be in this type of job environment. I am very creative in my own way. I keep up with the most latest fashion styles. I can draw, but still learning how to sew. I will bring determination, energy, and style
