2 Type of jobs within the field
First, there are preschool teachers. They teach basic skills like colors, matching, letters, and sounds. They also work on teaching their kids how to follow directions. Preschool teachers teach kids that are mostly around the ages of three to five. Then there are elementary teachers. Elementary teachers teach science, social studies, math, reading, and writing skills. They also teach behaving appropriately in the classroom. Middle school teachers are another type of teacher. They have team meetings with students, parents, or other teachers. They also discuss student behavior, grades, and overall performance. Middle school teachers normally only teach one subject. Another teacher is a high school teacher. High school teachers also normally just teach one subject. Lastly, professors are college teachers. Professors work with young adults. They need to have a Master’s degree, but most often require a Doctorate in a certain subject.

3 Salary range for those options

8 Your reaction to what you learned
My reaction to what I learned is excited. Since I found out so much more information on teaching it makes me want to grow up faster so I can start teaching. I think that maybe I could consider the different types of teaching levels, but I still think I want to be an elementary teacher. From what I learned is that teachers have to do way more things then I thought. Teachers have to teach, but they also have to create lesson plans every week and grade papers. They even have to talk to parents if their child is having trouble in school or being disrespectful.
