Europe 2020 – the EU strategy of development and growth WHAT? Europe 2020 is the European Union’s growth and jobs strategy WHEN? It is a 10 years strategy: 2010-2020 WHERE? In the 28 European Union counties. Its impacts will be also on other countries and international actors HOW? Through 7 ‘flagship initiatives’ , which are the guidelines of the EU policies WHY? To overcome the crisis and to give a direction to Europe
