Hotels 3-Day, 2-Night stay Only ONE Hotel Activities start Friday at 2PM Activities end Sunday by 11AM Only ONE Hotel Grand Sierra Resort. Workshops and General sessions will be held at Grand Sierra Resort

Chaperones Stick to the ratio Gender Matters! 10 Key Clubbers : 1 Chaperone Gender Matters! If you have 1 female student and 1 male student, then you should have 1 female advisor and 1 male advisor This rule MUST be followed

Slide Title (40pt) Clubs sponsored by the same Kiwanis club need to communicate and plan ahead to share chaperones to meet the ratio Clubs within the same division need to communicate and plan ahead to share chaperones to meet the ratio Both scenarios, all adults need to be included in the arrangement and accept the arrangement Students may NEVER make these decisions on behalf of the adults. This is about liability and proper etiquette. No one should ever volunteer chaperoning services on behalf of someone else without their permission.

Financial Overview Dates & Deadlines: Registration fees apply to Key Club members and chaperones Registration fee covers Saturday Breakfast to Sunday Brunch meals, guest performer, etc. Online Registration Opens: First week of January On-time Registration Fee: $174.00 Received by District Office: February 28th, 2018 Late Registration Fee: $214.00 Received by District Office: March 14th, 2018

Financial Overview Transportation: Hotel: Other: Airfare, Train Fare, Bus Cost, Rental Van, Advisor Vehicle (mileage), Parking, etc. Hotel: 1 Hotel, Grand Sierra Resort, 4 people maximum per room Cost per room is $170 per night Other: Friday night meals, Snacks, etc

Guest Performer AJ Rafael: AJ Rafael is an American musician of Filipino descent who has self-released two EPs and one album. Originating from Moreno Valley, California, United States, he has toured internationally. AJ is involved in the charity Music Speaks and has run the annual autism benefit concert since 2006. Every year, Music Speaks has donated revenues to the nonprofit organization Autism Speaks. AJ RAFAEL! Thanks to the help of Mr. LeBlanc and Mr. Hennings, we are able to have AJ Rafael perform some songs at DCON 2018! Heres a little bit of facts about him. You might have seen some of his covers and originals on Youtube and other social media platforms. $2000
