8 Icebreaker! Soulmate: A member will volunteer to find their “soulmate.” He or she will come up on stage and answer a set of questions such as, “What is your favorite color?” or “What type of movie genre do you like best?” and each time he/she answers the question, the audience will stay standing if they agree with the person’s answer, and if they disagree - they will sit down. The last person standing in the audience is the person’s “soulmate!” Cash Machine: The participants are divided into male and female participants. The workshop hosts will decide the “value” of each male and female participant. For example, the male participants will be worth 5 cents and the female participants will be worth 10 cents each. When the round begins, the hosts call out a value such as “Form… 25 cents!”, the participants have to scramble to get partners to form a group to form an equivalent of that value (2 females, 1 male or 3 males, 1 female). 8
