Harbour Towne HOA Newsletter http://harbourtownenc.com The Harbour Towne HOA board hopes that everyone is having a nice Spring Season!!! We just had our quarterly HOA meeting and we had a nice discussion about safety in our neighborhood, what we can and can’t do as neighbors, how to help each other and where to go when you’re having problems. We would love to see more of you attend these meetings, we usually have an Officer from Code Enforcement and at least one Officer from the local Concord Police Dept. We want to learn about our neighbors and the concerns you have for the community. We recently had a break-in on Anchor Way and reports of items stolen out of a yard. It’s always a nice thing to keep an eye out on your neighbors homes if they’re not around. If you ever see anything suspicious, please call Concord police @ 704-786-9155 or 911 for an emergency. Remember, we’re just the HOA, we cannot act as the police. Future HOA Meetings @ Kannapolis City Train Station: Monday, July 17thth @ 7pm Monday, October 23th @ 7pm http://harbourtownenc.com HOA Elections will be held in October, 2017 Your current board has been serving for 2 Years. We need volunteers to replace the current board for 2018 It’s not hard, you just have to care

Spring Reminders… it’s time to: Mow Weed Pressure wash Home projects/yard projects Make sure you turn in ARC forms before any large outdoor projects. CEDAR Management Numbers & email addresses: support@mycmg.com violations@mycmg.com accounting@mycmg.com 1-877-252-3327 or 704-644-8808 Our Cedar Reps name is; Andrew Cedar Management:– 1-877-252-3327 or 704-644-8808 Please call Cedar with complaints as these are tracked this allows us to show the local Police any recurring issues. Then, we can ask for extra help. You may set up a payment plan at any time on past due HOA fees. If you’re behind, please give Cedar a call. Not paying HOA fees can cause reports to the credit agencies, lawyer fees, and a lien on your home. Continued past dues can eventually lead to foreclosure on your hom If you write in to Cedar, please write in an address or phone # so we can call and address your concerns. If you take a picture and send it in we can send violation letters. However, we need proof and can’t do anything without the proof. Cedar rides through the neighborhood once a month and documents(pictures) all violations. Again HOA Board member Elections will be help in October. Please call Cedar if you’re interested in serving Or tell one of your current board members you’d be willing to volunteer Recurring violations/issues: Parking in grass Trash cans left in front of house Mold on houses Improperly stored items in front of house Numbers you might need: Concord Police: 704-786-9155 Call for service(not emergencies) Concord Police Security Checks of Property: 704-920-5000 Concord trash pickup: 704-920-5555
