Numbering your Pages All odd numbers are right side pages. Even numbers are left side pages. Your Table of Contents gets filled in daily. When you are given back graded assignments, it is your responsibility to put them on the correct page with glue. There is a poster that tells you the titles and what goes on each page.

Left Side: Student Output Left side pages are for information you as the student put in: Brainstorming Draw pictures Concept Maps & Mind Maps Reflections Graphic Organizer Foldables Graphs Sequences Chart Personal Connection

Right Side: Teacher Input Right side pages are for information provided by the teacher. Class notes Activity Sheets Labs Handouts with new information Vocabulary Book and Video Notes

Things to Remember Title and Date EVERY entry. EVERY left side page gets used. Sometimes right side pages will get skipped. Most of the time, we will put something on them later. ALWAYS use color – pens, highlighters – it helps your brain learn!
