Welcome to the 1st ARC Club Meeting! Meet the E-Board Officers 2017 - 2018!

American Red Cross of Central California The American Red Cross Central California Region serves over 4.4 million residents throughout ten counties: Mariposa, Madera, Merced, Fresno, Tulare, Kings, San Luis Obispo, Kern, Santa Barbara, and Ventura The Central California Region Chapter seeks to help people prevent, prepare, and respond to natural and human - caused disasters by providing community, workplace, and school - based training https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hg3XJCA8RQ0

Our American Red Cross Club Mission The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors. WE... Are an extension of the local Red Cross unit Are VOLUNTEERS Plan and implement projects that will benefit hundreds of lives, from holding blood drives to disaster preparedness education.

What does our club do? Host red cross events on campus and off campus Blood Drives (Collaborations with other organizations) Raise funds for our local community (Donations) Teach our community disaster preparedness Volunteer Connection Sign up for volunteer connection Log in your volunteer hours https://volunteerconnection.redcross.org/?nd=intake&entry_point_id=263&unit_id=158

About the club Meetings: Club dues COB 2 110 at 6 PM Every other Monday (biweekly) in COB 2 110 at 6 PM Club dues $20 per member Deadline October 9th (3rd General Meeting) Membership lasts for both semesters Club shirt! CPR training if 25+ hours of volunteer service is reached
