4 WHAT IS Key club? MISSION STATEMENT: Key Club is an international student-led organization which provides its members with opportunities to provide service, build character and develop leadership. FOUNDED IN 1925 IN SACRAMENTO, CA ISCHOOL HIGH’S KEY CLUB WAS FOUNDED IN THE YEARS JUST LAST YEAR.

9 The kiwanis family THE KIWANIS FAMILY IS THE INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION, WE ARE APART OF, THAT OVERSEES EVERYTHING WE DO. Kiwanis members around the globe have one common goal: To serve the children of the world. Kiwanis advocates this vision every day by providing opportunities to serve for every member of a community through Service Leadership Programs. Through these opportunities, youth and young adults around the world become competent, capable and compassionate leaders.

LOTS of service events Fundraisers Socials End of the year banquet (pending Mrs. Bare’s approval)

11 GRADUATION Cords- Seniors who meet the 50 hour requirements.
Stolls- Members and officers in good standing can qualify for stolls if they meet the 80 hour requirements. Officers in good standing automatically receive stoles. Other- Members who were a part of Key Club for all complete years of High School at iSchool High park are eligible for a special cord/stole/piece of graduation attire which can be voted on annually by members. Payment- Individuals are responsible for paying for all stoles and cords. This will be organized through the treasurer and secretaries.

12 KEY CLUB DUES AND REQUIREMENTS
Dues will be $20 per year: -District: $4.50 -International: $6.50 -Individual club fees: $9.00 REQUIREMENTS: -Members must fulfill the 50 hour yearly (25 hours per semester at least) volunteer requirement for the club to retain the membership. Members are also required to attend the weekly meetings.

13 SHIRT DESIGNS Here are the designs we have in mind, but you also have the chance to design your own! Your designs may be voted as our key club shirts, just submit your design to any officer by September 29TH for voting !
