Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs As second in command to the University president and as chief academic officer, the provost has overall leadership and general administrative responsibility for the University’s academic programs, planning processes, and related support services, including faculty, promotion, tenure and sabbatical leaves, academic budgeting, research, curricular planning and assessment. Vice President for Student Affairs The vice president oversees the Division of Student Affairs with responsibility for: student life programs, including housing, health services, wellness, counseling and career planning; financial aid; student activities, including student clubs and organizations, recreation, intercollegiate athletics, and community service; and University Police. Vice President for Finance and Administration The vice president oversees the development and management of the programs and services that complement and support Millersville University’s mission, including budget and finance, construction and facilities, University dining and conference services, and human resources. Executive Deputy to the President and Chief of Staff/Title IX Coordinator Dr. McCollum serves as a senior advisor and chief deputy, supporting the president’s role in leading an effective senior management team. He is a member of the President's Cabinet and assists in developing and implementing strategic direction for Millersville. Vice President for Enrollment Management This position will shape a division to advance the strategic enrollment goals of the University. Provide strategic leadership for the development and execution of recruitment and retention a strong and diverse student body, by coordinating enrollment management efforts. Vice President for University Advancement University Advancement enhances institutional image and increases institutional support – both financial resources and expertise – from key external constituents, including alumni, government leaders, the media, parents, business leaders, and philanthropic entities. The vice president guides these efforts by managing the offices of communications and marketing, alumni services, special events, government relations, research and data management, and development.
