Year 10 Physical Education will improve your understanding of: Course Description Year 10 Physical Education will improve your understanding of: How bones and muscles work together to help you move and perform skills when playing sport. The best ways to train to improve your fitness to play different sports. What our sporting champions do to become the best eg. what they eat and drink, how they prepare mentally, recovery strategies they use after matches.
