Once you have completed all missing data items, the system checks the record for completeness against the FIU required fields and business rules and indicates that it is verified. The verified subjects can be used as parts of a report regardless of the report type. You can use profiles to generate an overview of the subject under consideration. The generated profile can be exported as PDF, Word document or excel.

Transaction Editing The goAML transactions structure is very generic which makes it difficult for editing when it comes to none banking transactions, such as forex, remittance, casino, real estate, insurance, etc.. Furthermore, it automates filling the XML data files with the correct data without confusing the users with any necessary details.

Creating Reports AMLPRO makes it very ease to create any type of report to the FIU such STR, SAR, CTR, EFT, etc… All you need to do is to select the transactions or the subjects of the report and add the narrative and attachments, click generate XML and you have a complete XML package to be sent to the FIU. The XML reports are pre-validated to ensure that they fully comply with the reporting requirements. Each report has a unique status to indicate whether it’s a draft, completed and whether it has been sent to the FIU or not.
