Reading Records Adults hearing an individual or child read will record in the book. However a great deal of reading activities take place that are not recorded in the book. Please record in the book every time you read with your child. As they get older, children are encourage to record their own comments. Please check this book for messages daily – first aid etc. Please record notes for us in this book, however we do not always check every book, every day, please tell your child to give us their diary if there is a note! Have queried with Sam if we are having new style communication books – he did talk about it – if not we will need to take out the final paragraph.
