Tú commands Regular positive tú commands mimic the él / ella/ usted form of the present tense verb. There are irregulars as well. Use these commands when you are directing someone who you know well.

Tú commands Examples Walk (caminar) Remember it mimics the él / ella / usted form of the present tense. Camina. Ask for (pedir) This is a stem changer in the present tense, so it will still retain its stem change in the positive tú command for this infinitive. Pide.
